Your goals are my goals. From our first meeting, you'll see my process is unique. I am here to listen and understand your needs, wants, and expectations. Then we'll work together to ensure the best possible outcome. I will put you at ease during what can be both an exciting and stressful time.
As a Pacific Northwest Native, I know the area well. This, along with 9 years experience as a certified Real Estate Agent, gives me unique insight and knowledge of the area. In our fast-paced, competitive market it is important to have a full-time, experienced agent to help you navigate this process. I am here for you every step of the way, with a strong team of support and resources.
I bring a high level of service, integrity, and dedication to every client and transaction. I pride myself in providing the most current and accurate market information to ensure you make informed decisions. My goal is to help your buying or selling experience be as successful and as seamless as possible.
I'm honored to have earned the Five Star Professional Real Estate Agent recognition from Seattle Magazine, for the past 7 years. My clients personal referrals and 5 Star reviews help fuel my passion for real estate.
I look forward to earning your trust and your business. Whether you are ready to downsize, upgrade, relocate, need senior living services, or are dreaming of the equestrian / farm life - I am here to help!
________________________________________________________________________
I was born and raised in Washington and love the local outdoor lifestyle. After college, I began a career in Sales & Marketing working first for home builders and then high tech companies such as Microsoft, Mercata, Who's Calling and then as a consultant for almost a decade. I bring my experience in marketing to my real estate career, offering social media and professional print marketing which allows my listings to stand out from the crowd.
EQUESTRIAN SPECIALIST
I am an animal lover of all kinds. As a founding member of the Windermere Equestrian Network, I have owned horses for the past 30 years. My husband and I have been developing our own 3-acre “gentleman’s farm” for the past 17 years. Our farm currently includes 3 mini donkeys, 2 mini pigs, 8 chickens, 1 turkey, 3 dogs and 2 cats. I combine my own experience as a farm-owner to my clients, whether you're looking for new property or perhaps considering your first equestrian land purchase as well as those planning to sell their home. I have the experience necessary to properly assess the options and help choose the right property for my clients. My listing clients benefit from my passion for the equestrian lifestyle as I use my background to effectively market your property to potential buyers.
PHILANTHROPY
I am committed to giving back to the community. As a horse lover, I dedicate valuable time and money to help horses in need through Save a Forgotten Equine (SAFE) in Redmond & Wild Love Preserve focused on keeping wild horses wild in Challis, Idaho. In addition to the many fundraising activities in local schools and sports activities, for 10 years I have served as Vice President of the Mitochondrial Research Guild at Seattle Children’s Hospital. During my tenure, the Guild raised over $3 million dollars to fund research and provide funds for special projects. I was also involved in the creation of the Metabolic & Mitochondrial Clinic, located at the hospital.
